For your first appointment please come 10min early to fill in details, and bring any relevant information including xrays, scans, reports and questions you have. Wear suitable clothing.

You won't need a referral from you doctor to come and see us at Armidale Physio, unless you are a workers compensation, veteran affairs or third party client.
